Mark Taylor, DVM, DACVR
Dr. Taylor earned his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 1998. Mark's professional experience spans various roles, including general practitioner, head of the emergency department at the largest specialty hospital in South East Florida, and mobile ultrasound practitioner along the Atlantic coast. He completed a residency in clinical nutrition from Virginia Polytechnic University in 2006, subsequently serving as a consultant to Fresh Pet and Rayne Clinical Nutrition. During his tenure as a clinical nutritionist and mobile sonographer in Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland, Mark assumed the role of interim director for Sound Technologies. He completed his Diagnostic Imaging Residency through Vital Rads and Texas A&M and became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Radiology.
Proficient in all diagnostic modalities, he harbors a particular interest in neuroimaging, echocardiography, and abdominal ultrasounds, enriching the DVM STAT team with his extensive knowledge and expertise. Dr. Taylor is available for radiology review, ultrasound interpretation and advanced imaging including CT and MRI interpretations. STAT services are available.
